“Survived an ordeal”

Unfortunately, 1 of my 3 night stay at the Olathang Hotel (recommended) had to be changed to this hotel due to full occupancy. It was a real ordeal. Most of the staff were disinterested and glum. Hotel is situated about 2 km from town. Hotel looked deserted but we were allocated to a dark room very cold (heater was provided but took ages to heat room. Never in our life we had to sleep on such hard mattresses that you had feeling that sleeping on floor would be more comfortable. Not hot water so can't have... More
