We stayed twice in November 2009. OK its tired but they upgraded us to a queen room with a couch and two person hot tub in the room in a quiet part at the back of the hotel and it was good value for a couple of nights. Ask for rooms around 165 is which are in pairs so that... more

My girlfriends and i have been coming up to Calistoga for the last 10yrs, trying different accommodations each visit. We've done the high end (Indian Spring Resort/Solage) and the medium range (Dr. Wilkinson, the Lodge, Hideaway Cottages) but i have to say for a low end (read affordable) lodging, Calistoga Village Spa was perfect. The Staff was helpful, the room... more

Pools are good (even though pool furniture beds break when you sit on), so if you are going for spending time in the pools... that place may be OK.... but room are very smelly and all furniture sticky, front desk absolutely not nice, walls are made of cardboard as you hear the neighbor's sexual activities all night long as if... more

I was scared to stay here based upon the trip advisor reviews. But, my mom stayed here and said it wasn't bad. Now, to clarify, my mother lives in a trailer and has never stayed at a Four Seasons Hotel. I think the trip advisor reviews prepared me to lower my expectations - which is what you need to do... more

There is a reason that this is the least expensive lodging in Calistoga. Old, dirty, unfriendly, green water in the pools, no internet, holes in the sheets and towels, no insulation (listen to your neighbor snore), etc. It's worth a few dollars more to stay someplace else. more

This place is aweful, we stayed here because we went to a wedding nearby. A bunch of friends stayed there as well. All I can say if that we all could not wait to get out of there. This place needs a major rennovation. The rooms have a not so pleasant smell, the decor is out dated. And the light... more

When you look up "dump" in the dictionary, there is a picture of this place. It is moldy and dirty, and the A/C barely worked. I did end up staying because I was only in Calistoga for the night, but I would NEVER stay here again. more

This is the kind of motel where you want to wear your shoes in the room and not let your toothbrush touch the sink. There was the standard (although noticably run-down) furniture. You can hear the trucks pass by on the road and it is old enough that the cleaning crew will never be able to clean the build-up from... more

We stayed here for two nights. If there had not been a big festival in town, we would not have been there the second night. I walked around barefoot in the room and discovered that the bottom of my feet were black. This Inn lacks basic things one would expect in this price range; i.e. mini-fridge, microwave, iron, etc. It... more

We all had a good stay here at this motel. It is clean and simple. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pools are great. Rooms comfortable. We had a fun mud bath and steam etc. All in all it is good value for money. It is in need of a restoration which is in the works we hear, so it is... more
