We booked the Classic Queen and the room was very nice. The continental breakfast was a step up from the usual hotel continental breakfast. The staff was very good when booking and providing information regarding local restaurants and wineries.

An amazing little gem in wine country. Couldn't believe our good fortune! While prices in the area can be astronomical, this is a clean, quaint inn with a wonderful staff. Christopher's "Bed and Breakfast" is right on the highway, so if you're in a unit near the road, you'll hear it. It's a bit of a hike to get to the downtown, so we drove. I have personally run a event center and guest ranch in Idaho so I know what it takes ti make people happy and comfortable and these people hit it on the mark. First impression was not good. Pretty darn shabby. I had a room on the second floor towards the back of the parking lot (no elevators) and it was relatively quiet and the bed was comfortable. This is at the end of calistoga. You can easily walk downtown. We had room #10 which is a bit hidden and features its own fireplace (very nice) but unfortunately it was rainy. The room was nice, clean and the breakfast was absolutely fine.
