The Calistoga Inn fulfilled my husband's three B's--bed, beer, breakfast. He would have done here fine for a weekend with just the guys. A bit overpriced for the lack of service and long wait for a shower. There is only one women's shower and toilet for 17 or so rooms. Prepare for lines! Also, we busted one of the male... more

My girlfriend and I stayed here one Sunday night in October after attending a party at a local vineyard. Since we planned to arrive late (around midnight) and stay only one night, I was looking for a low cost option and didn't expect too many extras. Overall I think we got the value we paid for ($77 with taxes with... more

This hotel was charming, tastefully decotrated and well located. Free wireless net, clean comfy rooms and fantastic breakfast with freshly baked English muffins. I only wished we'd tried the restaurant for dinner! Shared bathroom was clean and close to our room. Bar located downstairs, we were able to purchase a nice bottle of wine and they gave us an ice... more

I loved Calistoga Inn - it was a wonderful B&B. It was very quaint and my favorite part was the restaurant outside with live music. For being in the middle of wine country, it wasn't overly obnoxious with the wine selection - which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Everyone sat together in the breakfast room. The entire house... more

Working 15 years in the service industry and have never received such disrespectful service from the front desk help. When we checked in she could not have been ruder to us, fortunately we have all three worked in the hotel service for many years and requested our money back and checked out. I would rather pay a million dollars a... more

This quaint little Hotel in Calistoga was the perfect spot for 14 of us to celebrate my sons 21st birthday. The hotel was excactly as described, had none of the usual amenities that we expect in a hotel but, was so much more, a wonderful relaxed setting while still being charming. It was comfortable for all members of our party... more

We are currently writing from a small, sweaty and noisy room in the Calistoga Inn. With 95F+ temperatures outside, airconditioning seems to be a basic necessity at the moment. Beds are tiny and facilities are shared. Also, no tv or any other kind of 20th century technology. Definitely not worth the 100 $. more

If you are even considering staying at the Calistoga Inn I would advise you to give it some serious thought before committing. It is tempting when you compare their rates with all other hotels and B&B's in the area, HOWEVER...The website states, "The Inn offers 18, turn-of-the- century, comfortable rooms at reasonable rates..." What you should read is no AC,... more

The Calistioga Inn is exactly as it describes itself, clean, fairly basic but keenly priced accommodation in the generally expensive Napa Valley. The room was quite small but adequate; certainly not luxurious and bath/ Wc facilities are shared. These are fine and caused us no problems. Its a friendly place, with a brewhouse and bar and a good restaurant on... more
