Wow... 4-story hotel with only 20ish parking spaces. When we arrived there were NO parking spaces available. Manager told us to park "across the street." The staff was not customer friendly AT ALL! We were unable to make our stay called in the day before, but they still charged our group the cancellation fee for not staying. We have stayed here before, but would NEVER stay AGAIN. They would not waive it and were difficult to deal with. more

This is a newer property, cleverly jammed onto a very small lot within view (and earshot) of the freeway. Parking is akward and requires a lot of dexterity. I am staying at this property right now. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, the rooms are ultra clean, the breakfast spread is awesome and the hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I am a VERY picky hotel customer and very hard to please, so I am very surprised by all of this.... more
