Chose this hotel because of close proximity to knotts berry park and the free shuttle to Disney. Being a platinum member I received excellent treatment and free breakfast in the reserved area. “Mouse in the room!”

The biggest issue we had was a mouse in our room! The manager came right away and had maintenance plug a hole they found in the baseboard. He bought us breakfast the next day.
