The RV sites are big and most are very shady. The park is well maintained and staff are exceptionally nice! There are all kinds of wildlife too - turkeys, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, blue jays, etc., etc. The "Dog Bark" is awesome and gives our dogs a place run and play. The hiking trails take you up to some heights that allow... More

Sacred Rocks Reserve is the ultimate place to be if you are looking for traquility and peace. We brought our RV and had a nice, shady spot that was quite large. We even had a fire ring and picnic table. There are a variety of beautiful trails with rock formations which one could climb if so inclined. There is also... More

What else can I say, it's a nice place to get away from the city, about an hour and twenty minute drive from downtown San Diego. I camped here the other night and fell asleep to the sound of coyotes in the distance. I woke the next morning and did the labyrinth walk before leaving. The day I arrived I... More

We love RV-ing. So on this trip we were on our way to Seattle, Washington from Texas. As you may know we had many stops at several RV Parks and ran into a couple who recommended Sacred Rocks Reserves RV Park. They had stayed as long term campers. We meet the couple at a restaurant in Arizona and gradually had... More

We live in Yuma and try to cool down from time to time in the summer by taking short trips. Most of the time we go to northern AZ or NM. We were going to stay a week and travel on to San Diego for another week. When we got there it was real warm and thought the pool would... More

This past weekend was the worst camping trip I have even been on, including ones that had trips to the ER. My parents and I took my children and my sisters children here for the weekend. Before we ever arrived the campground had changed our spots three times, because someone kept messing up the reservation. We arrived on Thursday and... More

We visited friends in the summer of 2009 and it was fun. BUT!!! We were going to stay again this summer but for a month this time and when we called were told the rates had gone from $490 a month to $675. An almost $200 increase from last year? I couldn't believe it, Do these owners stay on top... More

We have never stayed at a park where the staff is as friendly and helpful. Sharon and Dimitri are working hard to upgrade this park. It has just won the 'Most Earth Friendly Park in America' award from Plan-It Green. It is a short drive from Highway 8, but go slow on the entry road, the big rain storm took... More

This place is so stressful, the management (owner) is incredibly rude and so are his employees. The pool is freezing and the hot tub is luke warm, you are nickle and dimed to death...(showers are .75 for five minutes), power went out a couple of times, internet is always down, emplyees circle around in golf carts monitoring your every move...
