Nothing fancy, but reasonably comfortable, and friendly. (I did however need an internet connection and that wasn't working.)

My kids and I stayed at this place over the President's Day weekend. It was nice, clean, spacious, user friendly room. The service was great with friendly people! I wouldn't call it a resort but it was in a great location, central to everything. It had a cute fireplace and a continental breakfast that held us over until lunch. The...

The place is clean & staff is very nice BUUUT.......this place needs a MAJOR overhaul. Vintage resort is very vintage indeed but not nearly a resort. The first thing we discovered was that there was no firewood or logs in the room. I called the operator to find out directions to a store to purchase wood before...

We stayed in a King room near the office for $49 for one night in mid- May 2011. The hotel only had 4 other guests and we were told that the winter crowds had just ended. We had a quiet and restful night. The front desk employee was extremely nice and helpful for both check-in and check-out.
Of interest, this...

I booked our room at the last minute, everything was full in town, I got lucky and this hotel was open, well with 3 rooms left. What a beautiful area, you can see the lake right outside your door. Great place to stay. The owner was the nicest person I have ever met as a hotel owner!! She gave out...
