This is a beautiful hotel! However, the service could be a tad better (although I was here during the Grammy's), so I understand. The spa was great, and the outdoor restaurant is a great hang out.

The environment at The Peninsula is elegant and serene. From the moment we pulled up the hotel we were treated like royalty – and I’m still not sure how they knew who we were the second we stepped out of our car! The exterior of the property is absolutely grand and dripping with elegance. The only "structural flaw” is that... More

Due to my work with the hospitality industry and frequent travel worldwide I am often asked what is the best hotel I have visited. Without question the Peninsula in Beverly Hills is the best. The next question is why? The hotel itself is in a pefect location for all the delights of LA and close to the shopping in Rodea... More

The service here is outstanding. They will do anything you ask. Every single employee has a warm smile and a cheerful greeting. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. And I want to take the pillows home with me - they are absolutely perfect.

each Peninsula is different, made unique by the city in which it is located. But no matter where the hotel is situated, a consistent standard of high end service is matched. The Peninsula Beverly Hills is no different offering both the "show" of LA and a rarified, private experience. The rooms, service, food are exceptional -- and their welcoming of... More

This hotel is very well run and the staff really went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. The upgrade was a nice touch! The decor is a little boring and old fashioned but in okay taste. I did find it absurd that there wasn't an ATM, however. Didn't have time at the airport to stop and... More

Having stayed in the New York Peninsula I decided that the Peninsula in LA would be perfect for business. We were greeted by the manager, our room contained a personal hand written note and was small but very comfortable and clean. The bed was like heaven. The hotel is on the pricey side but the location is superb. The pool... More

The Peninsula is my home away from home in LA. I have stayed in almost every room type and would say my favorite are the Villa King rooms with the garden view- they are spacious but also cozy and charming. For a special occasion, I love booking the Villa suite with jacuzzi or the California suite which is gorgeous. The... More

Upon arrival they called us by name took care of our luggage and parked are our car. Always going out of there way to make sure we were comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable. The onsite restaraunt The Belvedere was amazing. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing and so was the onsite spa gym. The limo ride... More
