The hotel itself was reported to be clean and comfortable by our employee, but within a week of making the reservation there, we've become victims of ID theft. Coincidence? Maybe. This Best Western Heritage asked for a hard copy of the front and back of both my credit card and driver's license. That was my first mistake. Be careful!!! More
