We stayed just one night - washroom was clean but had no pass code for safety. The pool was unheated and the hot tub just warmish. TV and internet available in 'clubhouse' which was just an enormous room with florescent lighting. Ironically, there was no 'river' ... no water at all. The freeway noise was constant.

Great park. Well done in all areas. Nice view of river. You drive past industrial area to get to it but it turns out to be great area. Just off 99 and only a few turns away

Best RV park we've stayed in...and we are traveling the continent during 2011. Young owner/operator bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Washrooms/facilities were first-rate...best we've seen; clean, spacious, modern.
