Argued with me about the room being prepayed because the paperwork was covered up on their desk, air conditioner didn't work, no iron in the room (although it's listed on their website). Overall a terrible terrible experience. Will never stop here again unless it's out of dire necessity.

Traveled with my mom and sister to Wynne for the annual marathon. The people here (hotel and town) were very friendly and helpful. No wonder they call it the town with a smile. The beds had bugs, The toliet did not have a seat cover. I paid for a suite, which looked like a regular room. The toilet was dirty, did not feel clean. Will not stay again.

Stayed here with family recently and was very pleased. Rooms were modern and clean, staff was friendly, overall hotel seemed to be the best place to stay in the area.

We paid $79.00 per night for a twin room with a small tv and no microwave or refrigerator, although there was a spot for one.
