Great fun particularly if you have young kids. The food and the service was great. Great shows at during the day and at night. It was great having the park just there and the kids interacting with the animals every day. Our family had a great holiday.

The good: Hotel, great food, good pool, excellent people, a lot of fun. The tour of Panaca is unforgettable. The temperature is perfect. The rooms are clean, a little far from the restaurant. Only 2 restaurants, but good food. All inclusive is always great. You could try a tour around all the coffee region with beautiful landscape and views.

Very nice and comfortable accomodation to explore the beautiful park of Panaca and the surrounding areas like the park of coffe. Good customer service and great food, always available... The hotel is very well integrated in the park and atmosfere is relaxing. I would definetely recommend it.

I stayed with my wife for the long W/E in May. Location is perfect, you just have to cross a bridge to get into Panaca (and ou enter vie the "back door" so you dont find the tourist groups coming in). Food was awesome, had a seafood buffet the first night, reserved for the steakhouse and had a "Colombian" buffet... More
