Our 4th visit - and we continue to be treated as VIPs. (We aren't)
Met in the car park by the staff. Welcomed at the door by the Manager, Mr Gorton (who is part of the furniture I think now.)
We had the largest Standard size room which has a great walk-in shower, (it's the disabled room)
