I have stayed there many times over the last few years, and would not stay anywhere else, if Anne`s is available. Very central, 10 minutes walk in either direction takes you to the Castle, or the Rugby pitch(with aid or a stick), most other attraction are nearer (20 metres to Queen Marys House)(250/300 metres to Bus Station+Tourist Information). This bed and breakfast sits firmly on the 'guest house' category, with huge emphasis on the 'house' aspect. Warm-hearted owner and comfortable, cluttered rooms - it feels like staying at a friend's place. Great breakfast choices and excellent price in the centre of Jedburgh. One of my favourite B&Bs in Scotland.
