The Hotel Marina is right on the tony beach in the picturesque village of Port de Soller in Mallorca. When you think of staying on the sea front in the Mediterranean, this is what comes to mind. In the unspoiled north shore of Mallorca, it feels like you may rub shoulders with James Bond, unlike the Costa del Sol, where... More

Hotel is comfortable with helpful staff. In our first room (studio on top floor) we were disturbed at night by noisy equipment on the roof but asked to move and went down a floor, where there was no problem. Variety of food at the breakfast and dinner buffets was not bad. There's a free spa on the top floor which... More

We have just come back from a week at the Marina. We had room with a sea view and a picture window with table and chairs as opposed to a balcony which was ideal as the wind was rather nippy during our stay. The view was fantastic, with the promenade right outside so no traffic then the beach and sea.... More

If you want your bedding turned down, fluffy bath towels and chocs on the pillow this is not the hotel for you but having just come back from a week's stay we were delighted with the location and the relaxed ambience. We had a sea view with a balcony and it was wonderful looking out over the harbour, with a... More

We stayed for a week half board at in March 2012. It was a excellent choice, just out of the main town right on the beachfront, The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful - still family owned and it shows. We had an apartment for the same price as a room which overlooked the view... More

A typical (very good) 3 star hotel. Stayed at double-sea view "superior" room - booked directly at hotel. Hotel is recently modernized (expanded?). Everything look fresh and new and nice. Rooms are to the small side even by European standard, bathroom relatively large and 100% working. Not a single broken tile (bit unusual for Spain). No extas but TV (i.e.... More

How refreshing to stay at a hotel which is still owned and managed by a family. It makes all the difference! Staff are friendly and requests are attended to straight away. The hotel is clean and comfortable with adequate facilities for a hotel of this size. When we stayed there was snow at sea level, yet the hotel was well... More

Our third time at the Marina (15.10.2011 - 22.10.2011). We were on the third floor with a mountain view. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. This years improvement was satellite TV which was a nice surprise. The staff were, as always, friendly and approachable, all spoke good english and were patient with our appalling attempts at mastering Spanish.... More

Quite a surprise for us - first time in Mallorca. Really quiet end of the bay, with the best bit of beach in front of the hotel. This meant we could have breakfast and other meals outside the front of the hotel overlooking the beach and bay - admittedly before the sun made its way round from the back of... More
