Old hotels of this type in Nafplio rarely seem to have rooms that don't feel small, however we were fortunate to be able to book their premium studio room as our 'honeymoon suite'. It's almost like an apartment but no kitchen. For four nights in late September, we received a 20% discount on the standard rate. The hotel's on the... More

Byron hotel was excellent! We stayed there for two nights, but wished we had stayed longer. The rooms are very nice, though a small. The view from our room window was gorgeous. The staff is very friendly. We used their balcony for breakfast and late drinks. Prices are very fair. Extremely good location. Everything was accesible by foot. I do... More

We stayed here for two weeks this year, and this is the third time we've done so. Yes, the stairs are steep up to the front door, and there are more stairs inside, but the view from Room 33 is to die for. The hotel is not allowed to install a lift due to the historical nature of the building.... More

Small room with basic furnishings. Located in the backstreets of central Nafplio (up a couple of flights of steep steps). Although there is no parking at the hotel there is plentiful parking at the port, a ten minute walk away. More

We enjoyed our stay at the Byron. Our double room was very simple, but clean and perfectly adequate, and had a nice view over the city. Finding parking for our rental car was at first a bit of a hassle as the streets near the hotel were quite crowded, but it is possible to find parking relatively close by. The... More

The Byron Hotel apparently led the way of "boutique" hotels in Nafplion but has now been surpassed by others. It is in a great location with roof top, harbour and castle views and is an attractive building, however it seems that it is not quite what it was in the past. The breakfast room was cozy but the actual breakfast... More

It is a simple hotel with very beautiful and cozy rooms. The best part of the rooms was the furnitures.. they had really beautiful old fashioned furnishing which made the room very... More

We had a room on the top floor - what a climb - with a little private terrace in the roof and a fine view of the Palamidi Castle and rooftops of Nafplion. It was roomy and comfortable. There was a small shower room. We have stayed there a few years ago and it is still in very good condition... More
