I can only give it a 4 as my wife decided to have a pedicure and came out almost crying, saying that the spa facility was not only dirty, but that the treatment was very painful and the worst that she had ever had.... I had an amazing stay. Very attentive staff. Great food. Hotel is maintained very well. Good spa & swimming pool. Lot of greenery which is very soothing. Shyamala Hills, its location, is a great spot in Bhopal with the big lake nearby. I strongly recommend the hotel.
