Rooms freezing cold. OK it is winter, but all hotels usually provide adequate heating. Not here. There's a tiny plug in radiator for a large room with high uninsulated roof. This hotel could be very special if it was done up and given attention. Instead, it is tired, run down with rude reception. Staff don't seem to care and food is overpriced. Service is slow.
