Had to attend a funeral in this small sleepy town. Did not have a reservation and wasn't sure the family had already booked most of the rooms. Needed adjourning rooms for kids, the only one they had was a smoking. The manager offered two rooms next to each other both at a fantastic rate for both nights. The rooms were considered one room suites with a microwave and refrigerator. Was a little upset that we had gotten the room, then went we went back to the church for dinner, without checking our bags1 in our room. When we finally returned back to the hotel about 2 hours later, I discovered our room was still being cleaned. After being on the road for 12 hours I just wanted to lay down. It took them another 10 min to finish. The walls were thin, which is great when you have children next door, but not so great for privacy. Had a ok continental breakfast. Overall if every visiting Stuttgart this is the only hotel out of the three available that I would stay at. more
