Well first off, I reserved 2 rooms, directly next to each other. They didn't have to join but be next to each other. Didn't happen. We were at opposite ends of the hall. Second, the phone didn't work, though they fixed it almost imediatly. Third, the halls and stair cases STINK! The room was hot and stale like it had been 2 years since someone stayed in it. We turned the AC on full blast and sprayed some febreeze and it was good after about 2 hours. Continental breakfast... whatever if you call Froot Loops and Raisin Bran, and a bagel breakfast your in luck, if not better go to Charlotte's Cafe. Employees were very friendly. If your not used to staying in a Hotel or Resort you'll be ok. Just be sure to bring air freshner and extra towels. more
