Very basic facilities, rooms dirty. Shower water brown. Breakfast in restaurant very poor. Food all old and stale and staff made you feel uncomfortable.

The hotel is very simple, but very nice and with a great view over Petra. The location is not the best, but with 2 JDs you'll be on Petra visitors center. The rooms are fine for a few nights stay and the food was ok.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the parking lot for Petra Visitors. The lobby is small and simple but it has a balcony that gives you a fantastic view of the mountains. There is a small shop by the entrance but souvenirs are more expensive here than if you buy them from the stores at the entrance to Petra... More

If you enjoy a nice view, it's a great place. Just make sure you get a room with a view. I got a room with a view of the wall. If you prefer good location, choose another hotel closer to the archeological site. This hotel is far away from Petra site. There is nothing around, so you will have to... More

This was a good hotel, with wonderful views. Food a little disappointing. Staff very friendly. Unable to get wi fi connection in lobby no matter how hard we tried. There was no plug for the bath, and when we called for one we were told that due to water restrictions we could not get a plug. Would suggest a note... More

Not the closest hotel to the Petra site but a very pleasant place to stay. Great backdrop from all room windows and, in summer, the pool would be great too. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very spacious; staff were both friendly and obliging. Hotel was very quiet during our two night stay but I still feel the buffets could have... More

The carpet and bedding were very old and worn. The bathroom was in need of renovation. Our tub had big chips and the cast iron was rusting through. The TV quit after a few minutes and we couldn't get it to come back on. The shower was barely warm. In two weeks travel in Israel, Egpyt and Jordan, the buffett... More

We stayed there for three nights. The hotel faces numerous problems with energy supply, hot water supply, quality of food and the condition of a lot of rooms. No service on the pool terrace and so on ... And it is far away from the archeological site of Petra. If you can avoid that hotel until they have fixed all... More

This is 4 stars hotel as they mentioned. When we arrived there, there is no welcome drink and bell-boy look like don't know how to manage our luggage or bag. The reception service with smile and friendly. We stayed in suoerior room that is quiet big and clean but no free drinking water and Wi-Fi. If you need Wi-Fi and... More
