An average hotel, good value due to the cheap deal. However the service left a lot to be desired, surly and uncooperative. The head waiter Mikail actually grabbed a glass of water taken from a badly hidden water dispenser in the restaurant out of my hand and said that I had to BUY water instead from the bar. Third time to Bansko but first stay in this hotel. Big, airy and best of all spotless. Rooms are average size and no bath however shower is hot and powerful.
