Advertised as centre of resort and 4star, in reality required shuttle bus to gondoal and taxi to the ACTUAL resort centre ranged from 5lev to 25 lev and should be a 2star hotel food was disgusting, staff unfriendly and rude, hotel was dull and ugly. pool was not as great as advertised

A Christmas nightmare! Poor food, unhelpful staff, poor location. The buffet style food avaulable on half board was invariably undercooked and cold.
