Very poor breakfast, they were not cleaning the room every day, not at all internet connection, problems with the plumbs, sometimes no water at all. The only good is that it is only 10 minutes to the lift station.

The residence is in a nice location,with parking(free in the street on front),near the lift and town's shops-restaurants. Service is good,small difficulties in communication. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, but few channels on tv. Prices reasonables.
