It is clean, friendly staff. It was warm, from the electric radiators in the room, we did not pay extra for them.

Well, the title says it all I'm afraid. Most off-putting by far was the room temperature. Be prepared to sleep in rather poorly heated rooms unless you are willing to pay an extra 10leva (5euros) on a daily basis to turn the small radiators on which are installed in the bedrooms, so you can enjoy a good night sleep.
