My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Home Hall Organic B&B for our 6 year anniversary.
We stayed in the Edwardian room, which was absolutely stunning. Beautiful decor, big comfy bed, even bathrobes and slippers! It also has an en suite bathroom, which is to the same standard.
We dined there both nights and we were extremely impressed. The meals...

I would not recommend staying here, host too familiar - not your normal stay - lots about the place not finished. My belief is trying to be something it's not. Very odd suggestions made by host,
I recently travelled to Home Hall for a romantic break with my boyfriend.
The trip was a surprise and really wanted to ensure it was a weekend break he wouldn't forget.
Before my trip Wendy couldn't have been more accomodating and had wonderful suggestions. I booked the romantic package which was perfect as it came with a lovely bottle of...

Beautifully furnished house, rooms are very individual and you really feel that everything has been thought about. Was made to feel at home in a lovely unique setting. Worth a return trip just for the puddings!
Wendy and David are charming hosts, they even welcomed our two dogs which was really beyond the call of duty. The house is lovely, so clean and tidy. Immaculate.
We had tea in the garden when we arrived. We went out to dinner in the vicinity with friends but enjoyed a delicious breakfast the following morning.
It was a faultless...

We enjoyed a lovely 2 night break at Home Hall over the New Year period. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and the house and grounds were of an excellent standard. Our room was amazing with every attention to detail; very well decorated with period furniture, en-suite filled with organic goodies for the bath, very comfy bed and a Christmas...

My partner and I had a wonderful winter break at this cozy B&B. Mince pies and mulled wine were provided on our arrival and owners, Wendy and David, cooked us a wonderful candle lit dinner by the fire. We were lucky to be the only guests during our one night stay and this of course added to the feeling of...

We were given a warm and welcoming greeting by Wendy, and showed to the very pretty and tastefully decorated 'Edwardian Bedroom'. Lovely personal touches and well sourced 'organic' items, in keeping with the organic theme-gorgeous bath and body items and other products, bath robes and slippers, lovely fluffy towels-have been so disappointed with hotel ones recently. The bathroom felt luxurious,...

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. We had fun finding all the Art Deco artifacts for the Edwardian Suite! We know what we like, and enjoy, when we go away, so we try to achieve this for all our visitors. Thank you for your comments. Come and see us again soon. Wendy and David.

Don't get me wrong- a pretty hotel and well decorated. However, it felt like you were intruding in somebody's house and with a few quite strange comments from the apparent host which was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel- there are nicer and more reasonable places to stay near Thetford. The room and bed were also a bit too small.
