Front Desk Clerk Gave us a bent key to the room. When I pointed it out she had to pass on another bent key before finding a straight one.
The non-smoking King Suite was so marked with a sign on the door. It has been ignored by a previous occupant and obviously by the maid who cleaned after. Owing to my wife's asthma we asked for another room. We found out that even though there were only 6 vehicles in the parking lot we had been downgraded to a regular room. Taking a shower requires one to pull down on bath spout to convert to shower. That was clearly marked on a sign on the wall. The sign didn't say that this action would also blow the showerhead off, bouncing it off my chest and the shower wall into my bare foot. I reported it to the same desk clerk.
