Our family was in town for a funeral so we only stayed one night but this hotel is a keeper. We didn't have time to use the pool or hot tub so can't comment there, but the rooms were spacious, clean, safe, comfortable, well decorated and the area seemed very safe.

I've stayed here twice now and have had a great experience both times.The rooms were large and clean, breakfast was good, service was good. All around excellent hotel.

Stayed 2 nights here and was a very nice stay. Nice clean comfortable room, great breakfast. Didn't get to use the pool or hot tub but looked very inviting..... Definitely will stay if ever in the area again!

This hotel was beautifully decorated and right on the highway (easy to find). Our room was large and arranged differently than most hotel rooms. The Hampton Inn in Monticello is the newest hotel in the area. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast brings a good rating. When I booked, the rates were lower than a comparable hotel across the street, and how I love a great deal! We enjoyed a pleasant stay.

Newer hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Awesome rooms that are way more upscale than I would have thought existed in Monticello. Very comfortable beds as well.
