Even though advertised as newly renovated, I could not tell. Maybe the renovation was after the tornado in 2008. The WiFi was completely hit and miss, my room was only 100 feet from the office and I never got better than 2 bars on the WiFi indicator and even then could not pull up my email on either my laptop... Perfect budget motel that is recently renovated. Rooms were fresh and clean. One story motel with parking right in front of the room....great value!11

This motel is in my hometown. It is a quite old motel that has been renovated into a very nice motel. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Don't stay here! Rooms were ok but we had to leave early and they still charged us and we arrived later than expected and they gave our room to someone else. What a ripoff! Older motel too

I totally agree with the "Good Value" review but, it is not a place to "fall in love with" (like the other review). For an extended stay, one should ask for the amenities that one wants. This was one of the only rooms in town available. Turned out to be a nice little place. Great service and nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. Not fancy but a great value. Will stay again.

I really liked staying there, the property was newly renovated and the staff were really friendly, i would stay there when i go back in april
