I stayed one night while in transit from San Cristobal to Mexico City. It's certainly a beautiful brand-new hotel with all the amenities and services expected of a Hilton. It is a brand new hotel, has very nice facilities, good sleep and very warm staff. Food was good. I would recommend for short stays or business travel. It is not very closed to downtown and about 30 min from the airport, but in a commercial area.
