Stayed at Loma Real on the final few days of a tour of southeastern and southern Mexico. From Tapachula we visited various coffee plantations ("fincas") and cattle ranches ("ranchos") which were less than an hour away. The Loma Real isn't fancy, but it's clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, the staff was helpful, and the restaurant was surprisingly good. I’d stay here again if I ever go back to Tapachula.
