The location is nice but the hotel is a bit obsolete with some 'old' smell... Bathroom is equipped with the 'yellowish' light bulb and not too convenient to use during night time.. Bath towel have some 'strange' smell even it is clean...

Fitness centre was down. Rooms desperately needs a facelift. No wifi or LAN Internet access in room. Only the lobby offers free wifi, but the connection wasn't good as well. Overall wasn't a good experience

Got a free upgrade to an executive room on Agoda, nicely decorated yet unmodern room facing the Lee Garden area with a huge window. Bathrooms were surprisingly not decrepit like most hotels in Hat Yai, bed was big and soft, no Internet to speak of even though TOT is advertised everywhere. Location of this hotel is near to shopping area. It's 5 min walk to Lee Garden Hotel. Overall stay is good but require renovation for room.
