Room was horrible, bad matress, smelled and dated. Bathroom was huges but not clean. Cheap, great loacation and dirt cheap sky buffet at 33rd floor with limited choice. I would not recommend this hotel as there are more valueable hotels around with better room. More

Smelly lifts, breakfast area stinks too. Have to switch lifts as there's no direct lift to your rooms.. There's newer hotels around the area at cheaper rates. The hotel is extremely tired and need refurbishment. The central air-cond is poorly maintained, resulted dampness in the room and most of the common areas. The carpet in the room is extremely dirty and certainly needed to be stripped and replaced. Poor customer service as they do not even provide iron even though requested. Definitely will never return again. More
