Since 2001, I always patronize this small inn because of its accessibility to business establishments. It's quiet and clean. No fancy stuff but you don't need fancy stuff when in business travel. Also a good recommendation for back packers.

It's a simple hotel, the bathrooms might need some refurbishing, but it's clean and cheap. Good quality for the price paid. For what Legaspi offers I would not waste more money elsewhere.
