My first visit here was April 2013. I was with my mom, sister, my baby and his yaya. I booked two rooms. Cost per room is 3,000 and is good for 2 people for an overnight stay with free breakfast the next day Prior to going there, you can coordinate with Bong via SMS for the room reservation. No deposit... More

Nice place to relax, undwind and to celebrate the 'love month' for couples. It's picturisque. The atmosphere was really pleasant - just imagine you're in a secret garden filled with beautiful plants and flowers, but in our case, we have already experience that in Moon Garden. A perfect place to read a book while sipping a cup of coffee or... More

You can only whisper this to those that deserve it... There are people like us that need a place of serenity and privacy, this is the perfect place. It's easy on the eyes with its natural surroundings--so peaceful! Had the best and tranquil sleep! The staff are very hospitable, warm and accommodating, and we would recommend this for those who... if you want to have a total relaxation and to be in a "lazy mode" - this is the place!! it doesn't have the view of Taal but the mountain view and the chirping birds are enough to set the mood. The place got a mix of Filipino, Spanish and mediterranean touch...all were set up in a natural way.. not... More

Yes, Like other Travers said the atmosphere here is soooo good, have the zen feel, very good taste, totally melt into the nature here, just like paradise! Stuff here is very hard work and kind, service with smile. But, the first night here is really terrified, with screaming several times from my girl friend. Bugs! Very big cockroach just beside... Hi geoffrey, we are very sorry about any insect flying around in the garden at night. It's every year the same when rainy season starts: during 1 or 2 nights a year and specifically the flying stage of termite (gamo gamo) They are attracted by light and a couple may have come in through the door when it was opened,... We are so happy we found out about this place. We initially wanted a place that has a view of Taal Volcano and a room that won't remind us of standard hotel rooms in Manila. Although this has no Taal view,it was one of the BEST places we ever stayed in. We had a memorable first year anniversary here and... More

What I like about Trip Advisor is you sort through the wingers, look for positives, then make an informed decision. There are key words that each reviewer may use, and in Moon Gardens case, they are ' rustic, timeless, quaint, special etc'.    We have been here in the Philippines for over 4 months, and in that time, have stayed in... This is Tagaytay where you don't want city living but a respite. Moon Garden is a place you kind of want to hibernate to rest and rest, if not used as a wedding venue (which is excellent, by the way). You can tell the fingerprints of a western owner proud of his baby. If you like rustic charm, this is... More

Well what can I say, this place can truly be a piece of heaven. I love the casitas, the bathroom, the interiors, the garden resto above especially the floating cottages. And oh, I love the food especially their longganisa breakfast set and fresh pineapple shake! Yes we almost loved every aspect of this great place. But during our stay we... More
