Great attention to detail. The chalet style rooms are luxurious (although the soundproofing is not good) The views and the sunsets are what memories are made of - room 701 was particularly good for views.

Good restaurant and great "freshen up" stop on our visit to Mount Popa.

The hotel is nice with superb views over Taung Kala, which is much nicer from the distance. Bagan temples are more interesting. The pool is incredible and the rooms are quite large. Nevertheless, the pathway from the hotel to the temple is very difficult to follow.

We stayed here in November for one night before Bagan.
It is approx 1 hour from bagan airport an the temples, so don't choose this as your base if you want to explore the archeological sights.
It is a brilliant place to relax for a day and soak in the lush nature around you. Mt popa monastery is not easy...

Staying here is like being at a retreat. The grounds are beautiful! There's a great view of Mount Popa from 2 specific spots -- from the infinity pool and a specific viewing location. There's swimming, a hiking trail, a spa, and opportunities to climb to the top of the mountain and visit Mt. Popa. The rooms are spacious and with...

Only thing about this property is that it is quite far from most of the other hotels frequented by tourists who visit Bagan. Nice fresh air because it is located in the mountain. Food at the restaurant is quite good. Swimming pool is strategically placed so one gets a good view of Mount Popa.

Absolutely stunning location with unsurpassed views. the (villa style) rooms are enormous with a bathroom big enough for a party and an huge balcony around two sides. Views from the balcony are fantastic - across the mountain to the far reaching plains and from some to the nearby hilltop pagoda. Rooms are well appointed and you don't feel crowded in....

This is an amazing place. After a long drive from Kalaw, the car started to take a steep winding road up the mountain. We found a small village and thought it wise to have a cheap meal before presumably expensive resort food. After lunch the road continues it’s climb. Eventually we arrive in a small carpark with some huge carved...

We were there only one night but were told we were given the best room....it overlooked the mountain range. Great view over the temple on Mount Popa. The room was large with beautiful setting and had a romantic feeling about it. The food at the restaurant was very good. Since we were there during low season, no breakfast buffet but...

Stayed 1 night here in this refreshingly cool hotel after the dust and heat of Bagan. Our room had a balcony on 2 sides with fantastic views out over the countryside. These were the same views from the lovely comfortable 4 poster bed It was very quiet. Nice evening meal watching the sunset from the balcony restaurant.
