i felt so satisfy with Aston Hotel's service, either the room service or the restaurant (for breakfast) crew. they served me very well and always gave their best smile. i promise to back to Aston again if i go to Pontianak and will subscribe it as well.

Very nice hotel, almost equivalent to a five star hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Spacious room, nice decor, great service. The staff are very helpful, warm, friendly, courteous. Not recommended for leisure or business purpose. Bad experience starting from the neighborhood while you are swimming and can see by them. The entrance street terrible, no view at all unless the hanging clothes belong to RUKO resident surrounding the hotel. If you can find better hotel in Pontianak, better not staying here.

Stayed on 3-4march 2012 in 562. Bed sheets were filled with lots of black n red stains. Waited 1hour for changing sheets at 11pm-12pm. Staffs were not friendly and professional. Slow work ethics.
