The hotel has a good location, it was within easy walking distance for me from the Dargah, Nasiyan temple, the lake and other attractions. The hotel itself feels run down, the included breakfast is somewhat meager and was always served in my room. The restaurant seems not to used. The room itself however was fine.

Nice staff but the hotel wasn't in good condition. Very close to Dargah Sharif. Loads of shop around the hotel. Wifi speed wasn't good. When I checked in I noticed bed sheet and pillow cover were used....be careful about it.

The Hotel is close to Ajmer Dargah but if you are expecting service then it's not the right place. The staff is not interested in assisting or guiding you much. I had a problem with the wash basin tap just giving hot water. When complained one guy comes saying that the Tap of cold water has gone bad so can't help it. They had food in the hotel itself but when I was checking with them some places where I could have dinner they didn't even suggested their own restaurant. Basic like plug points to charge phone was not working. The bedsheet had stains and the phone had a constant buzzing sound. To turn on the lights inside the room one had to insert the lock handle in a switch. Yes you heard it right. Certainly not at all value for money.

If you are looking for a family hotel close enough to the Ajmer Dargah, but far from the market noise then this is the perfect hotel for you. The food was reasonably priced and filling and it also had good veg options. Clean rooms & Bathrooms .. Service could be improved little, but it was not bad enough to complain.

I liked the hotel rooms which were spacious enough to accommodate the whole family. The staff and manager were courteous and helpfull with all our needs. Food was moderately priced and good. Must mention rooms and bathrooms were clean and neat.

We stayed on 7 Jan 2016 , we reach at hotel around 8 am for early check in the hotel owner was asking 400 rs additional charges which latter we settle by 300 rs , Very . In spite of he had many vacant rooms. The food was average and water in washroom smelling like sewage . the bad and pillow were dirty and hard. Not worth for any money spent there. No recommended at all

I didnt feel the hotel was good. Room was clean but Towels provided were STINKING. We had booked this hotel becoz we just had to keep our luggage at the room. Good that we didnt stay. But one thing i liked was they provided a cab to travel to Pushkar. He took us for CAMEL RIDE in PUSHKAR which was worth and to Bramha Temple. But he took Rs.850 for 2-3 hours. I would not suggest this hotel, you can try staying in other hotels. But if u want something cheaper just to keep your luggage then you can choose this.

The first time we stayed at Regency, we decided that every year we will stay only at Regency. The food is pure vegetarian and absolutely delicious. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The hotel staff and the manager are very helpful and informative. The hotel is at a comfortable walking distance from the Dargah. Anasagar lake and Soniji ki Nasiyan Jain temple is also at a walkable distance from here. Tips: 1) Don't let the rickshaw wallahs at the station fool you by saying this hotel is not good. They don't get commission from this hotel so they will try to take you to a different place. 2) Don't let the elevation of the hotel (which sort of reminds one of huge tubes stacked) dishearten you. The interiors are quite good.
