The place is located very close to the famous Ajmer Dargah. However, the downside to its location is that you have to pass through a few very narrow and dirty lanes. It is a very cramped location.
While the staff was sufficiently courteous, a lot more could be desired from the services they offered. For half the amount I paid here, I got much better services when I was in Jaipur during the same trip. The experience here was not that great.
The rooms were cramped, the food that we had was not very good, and the worst bit was that the hotel looked to make a quick buck in every service they provided. I had asked them to book a railway ticket for me, and they told me they will charge Rs. 250/- as commission for that. I was fine with that, but when I got the ticket in my hand, they charged me Rs. 500/- on the pretext that they had claimed their charges to be Rs. 250/- per person.
