Visited the hotel last week........the overall experience was once in a lifetime......have never experienced such a badly managed hotel......the room stinks like anything......the bedsheets , towels , carpet......just think of anything & its in the worst possible state.Size of the best room in the hotel is 8 x 8.....as soon as one enters the hotel , you feel as if... Located away from Gondola, this hotel was really comfortable and felt like home. Pros: Great views in the front facing rooms Very courteous staff (both Manager and room service without an expectation of tips) Food was very tasty specially Parathas 24 hours water even when outside temp is -11 Provided room heating without additional charges Help available at a shout... this is one of the cheapest hotel in gulmarg.. really shabby rooms with no views whatsoever. If you going to gulmarg, please make sure your rooms have the scenic views else staying in this place makes no sense at all. The food was dripping with oil with no taste whatsoever.. would not advise staying here..

Rooms cleanliness is very good. Food quality is very good. Interior of the room is very good. All aminities like 24 hours hot water, tv, heater and hospitality provided. thanks
