We stayed from 22-24May 2012. Excellent service. Nice interiors . Except or some plumbing issues stay was good. Service is prompt. Food ok but not great. Non-veg availability poor. Breakfast good. Staff courtesy good. Recommended. Negotiate for a better view room, if you can.

was there for 2 days, Had a good experience. Food not so gr8 but service was good. Cafe coffee day is also within the hotel. So you can have a good coffee if dont like the hotels's one. Gulmarg is a small town, so there is no such issue of locality

i spent almost 6 nights with my family. we returned after a marvelous adventure... and the hotel added to the joy. it was so comfortable, clean spacious rooms and a wonderful view it was amazing. calm location, pleasant staff...........incredible hospitality. thanks to the whole team of grand mumtaz for making our stay so special.......... u r the best cheers!

Place is awesome & central heating works very well. Employees are very friendly & mgmt of the hotel is very good. The location of the hotel is awesome. People dont go for sledging as it is not worth it. Walking on ice is much more fun than just sledging. Spend most of your time on skiing, its awesome.

The hotel is located at good altitude in gulmarg. The hotels ambience is good. The room service was good. The buffet dinner was properly organised and the quality of food was good. On the negative side the heater was not working completely and hot water was in the room after many complaints.

We had stayed in March 2011. The temperature outside was somewhat 3 to 2 deg. Initially the management told us that they won't start the heaters in the room till 8 PM and they provided us an electric blanket. The electric blankets were in pathetic condition.
