Front office is very co-operative. Waiters are humble and polite. Food is good, suitable for Indian families, but menu is limited, less than expected. They can improve the food menu in b/f and diner to suit international guests as well as nationals.

Nice location of hotel. Heating system n availability of hot water even at -9 is a really plus point. Staff very very co operative n helpful at any time.Only thing is old carpet in the room, which needs to be changed by authority.Food is good n they prepare as per our requirement. Hotel is located at one opf the best locations in gulmarg.....colse proximity to local sight-seeing. Staff and manager was exteremly courtegeous. Rooms were clean though can be better. Food was amazing and everything worked in place continuos hot water , room heaters , generator backup to mention. As a travel agent will recommend it to my other clients.

A wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff is very friendly. The room service is just a click away, Since we were a family so the kids had a nice time to play in the well maintained lawns of the hotel and yes food is veryYummy. Grade it No. 1. The Parking space is quite Spacious.
