Good place, staff is helpful but management and cleanliness needs improvement .Hotel Pinespring nextdoor is really good place to stay in gulmarg.Hotel khaleel palace basement rooms are a big noooo upper rooms are better.

I stayed in this Hotel during Snowfall on 16 &17 Dec 2012. It was 3-4 feet snow outside the hotel. They have very good heating arrangement in hotel and ambiance is very good. Good place to stay with family and kids.

Except location nothing to our expectation,we had to bath with muddy water for two days,geysers are out of order in new room,hardly we got hot water on 1st and 2nd June2012, 2nd day we had shifted to room no.403,nice location,food is avarage,but restarunt sevice is no good,no extra baul/spoon is allowed to take.same bowl for curry/soup etc.
