I have stayed in many Sheraton Hotel's in China and the quality of the room and service is outstanding. The rooms are large, modern and very livable. This hotel was a nice surprise. The rooms were extremely comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. The restaurant staff spoke less, but enough, English. The food at both dinner and breakfast was very good. We'd look forward to staying there again.
