We splurged for this and weren't disappointed. The location is gorgeous and are truly in the wilderness. The sound of the hippos grunting in the nearby lake was fantastic. The accomodations were perfection and the food was nice--everyone took great pride in their work.

What an amazing camp. The tents were so luxurious we didn't want to leave. Very comfortable and very well looked after. A lovely bath to lie in with a large glass of wine! While on an OAT safari to Kenya and Tanzania, we stayed for two nights at this lodge, and absolutely loved it! Talk about a romantic and exotic adventure! This was an average place to stay and might be better in the right season. The lake is saline and apart from a few sad looking hippos there is no game.
