My daughter planned this trip as she wanted to go on safari. The hotel is very clean an welcoming as you enter the lobby area and the staff are very friendly. This hotel Should be wonderful, it has a beautiful setting, the beach is stunning but that is were it ends. They can't decide if they are one hotel or two. In fact Sentido Neptune Paradise and Sentido Neptune Village are the one hotel with little if any difference between them.
