Alex at the front-desk was very cordial and helpful with directions. Our room, a 2-room suite, was immaculate and comfortable. There was never any noise from other guests. Breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. We would stay again, most definitely.

My boyfriend and I originally stopped at the Baymont inn down the road where we automatically walked out for a refund. Fairfield was beyond my expectations and we got our military discount. So nice and clean. You could smell the freshness. Nice large breakfast and very clean bathrooms. The girl at the desk at night was very friendly. Excellent hotel.

Spent a night in Jonesboro this weekend to visit with family in the area. We picked the Fairfield Inn & Suites because we had enough Marriott points to cover the room, so I can't speak to the cost. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient to the highway.... More

Stayed here while traveling to Louisiana. Staff was friendly and welcoming! Room was clean and hotel was well maintained. Marriott property so it was well what we expected! Beds were excellent...did not notice road noises at all. Would definitely stay here again when passing through.

I stayed here for one night in July 2012. The hotel was well kept and clean. The breakfast was excellent as well. The location was off the main highway which was most convenient. I will stay here again when I visit Jonesboro again!

The people at the front desk were friendly, and from day one remembered my name. The room was nice, clean, new-feeling, and the housekeeping experts did a wonderful job and were friendly and accommodating as well. There is a nice (though small) indoor pool, and an adequate fitness room, and the breakfast was not bad. Overall a WONDERFUL stay!
