The service of the staff and the maintenance of the room is really poor. The desk in the room fell down and the shower was dirty. Too expensive in comparison of the service

Any decent safe place in Caracas costs an a and a leg. I got an online 40% off discount so hunt for one. The plumbing fixtures were broken so check your room before you unpack as discounted rooms seem to need maintenance
