Stayed with my wife at Villa Caracol. We chose this expensive hotel in order to have a little bit of comfort such as heat water, air conditioning and generator in a island that suffers from lack of infrastructure (especially constantly electricity blackouts). “fabulous - best place to stay on Gran Roque”

We spent 6 nights in Villa Caracol - spacious beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms. Very clean. Best roof terraces on the island to relax and chill. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Has its own boat with great flexibility and friendly crew. 100% reccomended.

I have visited Los Roques many times and this Posada stands out. Location is in the far end of the village, 10 minutes walk from the airstrip. Management (Italian, as is teh case for many places in Los Roques) not only care and pay attention about customer well-being but also speak English fluently, which is useful if you don't speak...
